Diamond Home Builders, LLC is an extension of the dream of Gary & Diane Bennett to come South and fulfill their life long desire to settle in the Grand Strand, Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina.

  Diamond Home Builders, LLC is owned and operated by Gary Bennett, an accomplished master builder, who has brought his international building experience to the Grand Strand. Since moving here in 2002, DHB has built several homes for investors, custom homes for private owners and usually has a spec home under construction at any given time. Locations have ranged from the south end in Murrells Inlet to North Myrtle Beach and now at the new golf community of Woodland Valley in Loris.  DHB has been invited to become a "Preferred Builder" at four of the most exclusive communities on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Grand Strand area.  Two new spec homes are now under construction at Carolina Waterway Plantation while designs for others are underway.

  Following a rigorous training course, Gary has earned the designation of Master Builder of South Carolina from the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.  Gary is one of only three certified Master Builders in Horry County.
