Gary Bennett

Gary Bennett, CEO of Diamond Home Builders, LLC is a civil engineering graduate from New Jersey. After interning in soils/site engineering Gary became involved in designing and building turnkey construction.

His work experience has taken him and his family from Miami to Boston to Indianapolis and as far East as Saudi Arabia. Projects have encompassed all aspects of industrial, commercial and residential construction.

Gary has always set goals based on his dreams and aspirations of building various types of projects. These projects have ranged from land development to high-rise buildings in NYC. He has now reached his ultimate goal of building custom homes for the discerning homeowner.

Diane Bennett

Diane Bennett, Office Manager of Diamond Home Builders, LLC has been by Gary's side for 30+ years. After attending Berkeley College in NJ, she became an executive assistant before going overseas with Gary and then becoming involved in the family business while raising their two children.

She has owned and operated a retail business for over 11 years. Her knowledge of managerial skills is an essential part of their family business.

Geri L. Bennett

Geri L. Bennett graduated from Bryant College and has four years of public accounting experience. She is employed with Cayer Caccia, LLP in Providence, RI as a senior accountant. She has performed substantial fieldwork for many governmental entities including the Town of Smithfield, Smithfield Public Schools and the Greenville Public Library. Geri also provides DHB with her accounting background making her an integral part of the family business.

Gary Bennett Jr.

Gary attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College in the civil engineering tech program and has established superior skill sets in design/drafting with CADD. Gary works with McKim & Creed, PA as a CADD technician and provides DHB with surveys and home layouts. He also fills in his free time assisting in the family building business.

Dan & Donna Bruun

Dan and Donna live near Princeton, NJ and have been active real estate investors for over twenty years. They have led successful projects in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Maryland, Raleigh and Myrtle Beach. Projects include new townhouse construction, renovation of homes, residential real estate rentals, land development, and design and construction of new homes. Both Dan and Donna have extensive sales and marketing backgrounds as well as experience designing new homes from concept to closing. They believe a personal approach to the house design process ensures the dream of the home is realized.

M. S. Forrest

Sue Forrest is the President of Forrest II Enterprises, Inc. with MS Forrest Designs being her Interior Design Consulting Firm.

Sue and her husband, Jim, moved to Myrtle Beach in 2001. She has worked in design since 1988, where her experience dates back to her days with Danbury Homes of Westerville, Ohio. She was Marketing Director for this multi-million dollar residential home builder, and the liaison for decorating their Parade of Homes designs. Prior to moving to Myrtle Beach, Sue worked in North Carolina in the Lake Norman area. She has extensive experience in new home construction, as well as, residential remodeling.
